The 6 May 2017 edition of the Daily Telegraph Food & Drink section named Stokesley as one of the 20 finest famers markets in Britain.
The article stated 'Stokesley is part of the Northern Dales’ market collective which sees over 65 traders in action every month, including David Laing from the Clucking Pig who brings along his famous gourmet scotch eggs'.

This success follows on from Stokesley Farmers’ Market being named as the FARMA National Farmers Market of the Year 2014.

The market is held on the Market Place in Stokesley (in front of the Town Hall) on first Saturday of each month 9am-2pm.
